General Policy
At Accunex, we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional service. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair. Due to the nature of consulting and advisory services, our policy on refunds is specific to the type of service rendered.
Consulting and Advisory Services
Once a consulting or advisory service has commenced, fees paid are non-refundable. Commencement of service is defined as the first meeting, call, or delivery of any work product related to the engagement. This is because our work involves significant time and intellectual property, which are expended from the moment the engagement begins.
Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be considered under the following conditions:
- Service Not Rendered: If you have pre-paid for a service and we are unable to commence the service for reasons attributable to Accunex, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellation Prior to Commencement: If you cancel a service engagement at least 48 hours before the scheduled commencement, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, determined at our discretion based on any preliminary work already completed.
Non-Refundable Services
Fees for services that have already been rendered are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, time spent in meetings, research, analysis, document preparation, and providing advice. Our initial consultation is free and carries no obligation, allowing you to assess our fit for your needs before any financial commitment.
Processing Refunds
To request a refund, please contact us at info@accunex.biz with a detailed explanation of your reason for the request. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original method of payment.
