• Making all management decisions and performing all management functions.
• Designating a competent individual to oversee the services we provide.
• Reviewing and approving all financial statements, reports, and tax returns before they are issued.

3. Payment Terms

Fees for our services will be outlined in a formal engagement letter or proposal. Payment is due upon receipt of our invoice unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service from which the claim arises. In no event shall Accunex, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We will maintain the confidentiality of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and professional standards. We will not disclose any confidential information without your consent, except as required by law.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Accunex is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
